Audio: D.O.N – Visions

 Bronx native rapper, D.O.N (Dominant Outlaw Nature), better known as Danny Dee, is here to deliver his latest project titled Visions.

Born and raised as a Dominican New Yorker in the Mount Hope section of the Bronx, D.O.N grew up In two completely different worlds. With his parents having ties to Latin music & his years of growing up learning the Hip Hop Game. He has honed the skills of Songwriting, Reading Music & also playing piano. His hard working attitude and charisma has gained him opportunities to perform in various places around NYC. He participated in many underground performance showcases including the annual “Slow-bucks So Serious Showcase” the world renowned “SOB’s” & the newly opened “Billboard Lounge” In Barclays Center.

D.O.N started his career early by writing since the age of 13. Taking the nickname of “Danny Dee” he joined a neighborhood hip-hop group named “YoungSet”. They gained a lot recognition in the area by performing at many local venues like “X Bar”. At the age of 16 he went solo and while still in High School he released the LP’s Now or Never (2011)  as well as LP Time4Change (2012) both under the name of “Danny Dee”. Throughout his time at (college name) his music slowed down as he focused on studies. Slowed down but not detoured he is now ready to drop his first street album Titled “Visions” which is set to release on May 3, 2019 . With his mixture of styles he claims this project will be a rebirth, a new start, something totally different and his best body of work thus far.
